this is the second one we have bought. the first one started to have some issues after a year or so. it still worked but you had to pick it up and and set it down again to reset it to weigh again. overall its a solid scale. my mother inlaw also has the same one with out the issue i had. we both bought at the same time.i hope this helps

I chose this scale in hopes of getting an accurate weight measurement. It has four load cells, one in each corner, for measuring the weight. I found that the accuracy was very good, and it agreed with the scale in my doctor's office.

Step on and off, again and again, and every time the result is within a pound or less. I feel that most american made scales are commonly off by a few pounds. This one is slim, cool, easy to read, and most of all it's reliable.
