This scale is absolutely beautiful. Kind of in the way many Apple products are so aesthetic -- just nice to look at. I feel silly making a point of the aesthetics of it, but every time I walk into the bathroom I admire it.All that would be even sillier if the scale didn't work properly. I'm happy to say that ours has worked perfectly. You can step on it 2 or 3 times and it reads the same each time. I'm in the 280 range and it performs well with my weight on it.
The only drawback is that it runs on regular batteries. I don't know yet how often they will need to be replaced. The display lights up very nicely though so even that drawback may be worth it.
