Item arrived non functioning straight out of the box. Never stayed on more than 6 seconds with an error code that was not covered in the manual that came with it. So disappointed will look for another manufacturer for another scale. On the up side Amazon was FANTASTIC to deal with for a refund with return options. I love these people. |
