We got the scale and initially it was reading very high. After a few times using it, it seemed fairly accurate(+/- 1 lb) and we use it regularly now. I like the bright blue backlit display and it flashes once your final reading is registered. Barefoot, it doesn't seem to be slippery standing on the glass, but maybe with some water on there, it might be.FOr the price, it looks great, is accurate, and beats those old mechanical scales! |

I was a bit sceptical about buying a digital scale on-line because of all the bad reviews they have received on here but had a gift card, was starting a new diet and needed it to go up to 400lbs since most stop at 350. I have to say I <3 this scale! I have had no issues whatsoever! It was delivered right to my door and in less time than predicted by Amazon. When I first took it out of the box I tested it and thought "Great! I got a faulty scale and I have to return it" because it wouldn't turn on. Come to realize later I had to put my own batteries -__- DUH! lol After I did that I tried it out a couple times. I weighed myself various times, I weighed my nephew and even the house cat lol Just to make super sure it was right I had my sister hop on her scale and then mine to make sure it was the same weight on both and it was.
