Whatever happened to good names...like ones we trusted for quality in the 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, etc? So many have sold out to China. I needed a new weight scale and this was priced inexpensive and I saw the name Sunbeam on the box. Figured it had to be good. Well, this little crappy scales is (was..I just took it back) awful. You'll get a different weight every time you stand on it. And every time you pick it up you'll have to set it to zero as is always moves away from zero. Even moving to a different part of the floor makes a difference. Stand on in a little different spot will vary the weight. And easy to see the numbers? Ha, that is a joke. Oh - you can can see 160, 180, 200, etc, but trying to see the individual numbers like 174...it is tough. One person could easily weigh between 172 and 176 as the hash marks are so close together. Bad choice. I'll have to spend more and look for a brand I have not heard of before . |
