I ordered this scale online to save some money. When I received it, I opened it and realized it does not take AA or AAA batteries. It takes one of the flat ones that they provide. I put the battery in and it would not stay in place. The battery slid around. I tried to make it stay, but had to hold it in place to make it work. Which we all know if you are holding a battery in place on the bottom of a scale, you can't weigh yourself. Defeats the purpose of owning one.I emailed the seller and it took them a week to get back to me. I then asked to return the item and they informed me that, even though it was defective, I, yes I would have to pay for the return shipping. Which would cost me just as much as I paid for the scale and shipping to get here!!! Then there is something about a 20% fee of some sort. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
I had to file a claim with Amazon just to get my money back! 100% HORRIBLE!
