I like this scale a lot. What separate this scale from the others is the ability to tell you how much body fat you have. Just don't lose the manual because you need the chart which tells you how much body do you have in terms of your age, gender and height. It is very important to step on the scale barefoot as it sends electrical signals using the metallic conductor on the scale to your body to determine your body fat. Weigh reading will be instantaneous, while you may need to stand longer like five seconds to measure your other stat.Once I programmed it for my wife and me, the scale remembers who are stepping on the scale (probably by the difference in weights). I compared this with my other scales and accuracy is dead on. Switching between lbs and kgs is easy by pushing a button at the back. Batteries included - requires 4 AAAs. I have used a scale that measured weight and body fat for the last 10 years and frankly I hated it. It never worked properly and changing between users was difficult and didn't seem to work half the time.
This scale is literally a dream come true. It is stylish and extremely nice looking. It features a nice blue light LCD display that is backlit and I love the way it looks. The numbers are large and very readable. The scale was simple to set up and I have included a video about the scale and how to use it. I hope the video is useful to you.
The scale will hold the user data for up to 8 users and it is a smart scale so it knows who is on the scale without touching buttons. You program each user into the scale and you do the following:

The Epica Precision Body Fat Scale is my second body fat scale. So far, it has proven itself superior.The display is large and bright (my other one is small and dark). It's very easy to read. I don't need to squint. The platform is generous. It's made to weigh people up to 400 pounds and it looks sturdy enough.
There is also the matter of convenience: My other scale requires that I stand on it with moist feet. This one wants dry feet. Dry is so much easier. I'm not usually stepping out of a shower when I want to check my body fat.
PROGRAMMING
Programming was very easy. It can hold up to eight profiles in its memory. I entered the gender and height of myself and my husband. I stood on the scale for a moment and then told the scale I was profile #1. He is profile #2. Since we are markedly different in weight, the scale just knows who I am when I stand on it. Once it's programmed, we don't have to fiddle with it.
