I purchased this product as I deal with micro ingredients and flavors, and I needed something to accurately weigh stuff. This scale just arrived today, and I decided to test it.. everything went fine and it looks pretty amazing and accurate.. but I guess I will have to test it across a long range of time to see how it will continue to perform.. but for now.. so far so good..
